1. Understand training needs of employees across the levels
2. Determine training needs and design of leadership model
3. Have appreciation for business,Understands various simulations used for assessment and their relevance
4. Have curiosity and aptitude to understand technical aspects to understand technical training needs
5. Ability to design, develop and deliver training programs
6. Facilitate speaker series and other formats of in-person learning
7. Experience in promoting digital learning
8. Ability to converse with global stakeholders and provide development support
9. Understanding and appreciation to changing people expectations in different cultures
10. Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for people development
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in HR or MA Psychology
- Specialized certificates in people behavior and training & development is preferred
