7. Facilitate speaker series and other formats of in-person learning

8. Experience in promoting digital learning

9. Ability to converse with global stakeholders and provide development support

10. Understanding and appreciation to changing people expectations in different cultures

11. Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for people development

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in HR or MA Psychology

- Specialized certificates in people behavior and training & development is preferred

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
