Cygni Energy - National Head - Field Service Management

National Head - FSM - Hyderabad

- To supervise the overall functioning, especially the servicing functions of the organization, and should be able to propose as well as negotiate service contracts.

- Create the revenue generation model for the services, O&M.

- Manage the service contractors who perform on-site routine services including maintenance and repair.

- Lead and direct the work of field service personnel.

- Develop ASP (authorized service provider) partners for Cygni to assist in field service.

- Responsible for Service revenue and Service related Sales revenue, including additional systems, augmentation and/or additional appliances.

- Manage across states with initial focus on the Southern States and states of Rajasthan, Assam, Bihar and Odisha.

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Develop training module for the field service team.

- To make recommendations and design policies and rules that will reduce the costs and improve the efficiency of the services.

- Manage the call center service complaints.

- Set customer service targets including Service Level Agreements (SLA).

- Manage the taking over of all the newly completed projects to O&M.

- Manage one-off projects which do not fall within the usual operations and maintenance team responsibilities.

- Oversee the O&M inventory.

- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to support the O&M function.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Inspire the biggest switch to clean energy on a massive scale.

- A graduate/post graduate degree in Electronics degree from established institution is strongly preferred.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience

- Experience in off-grid projects, peri-urban / urban rooftop projects preferred.

- Ability to lead and drive problems to the appropriate timely conclusion in effort to resolve and contain the customer issues.

- Good customer communications skills.

- Strong team building skills and keen team player.

- Good planning and organization skills.

- A hunger for developing and maintaining own technical skills and disciplines.
