Cyfuture - Project Manager - Software Engineering Life Cycle

Profile Summary :

- Manage the software release schedule for multiple product teams for multiple competing customer projects in parallel and Maintain organisational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

- Managing multiple projects to meet clients various business and technical needs Managing stakeholders, communications and risks of the projects

- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Mentor the team of developers throughout the entire project life cycle analysing application specifications and technology approach to ensure business requirements are met

- Work with Scrum Team and Management to recommend future application solutions

- Good experience on software development life cycle

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop winnable and profitable solution proposals after gathering client requirements.

- Activities include Solution architecture, Data analysis, Developing solution plan, coordinating with internal support teams like Transition/Data connectivity /CDP assessment / BCP /Deal Financials /Proposal responses /Client Oral presentations etc.

- Role also involves facilitating Solution reviews with internal stakeholders for Delivery / TGP /QA approvals.

- Client interaction, co-ordination and team handling.

- Project requirement analysis and providing cost estimation, Deployment of resources, completion time etc.

- Creation of technical documents.

- Guiding and providing solution to team members.

- Hands-on experience on technologies like- Mean, Python, Java, PHP

- Handling government clients will be an additional advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in managing a team of top-grade technology professionals at different hierarchy levels (i.e. Software Engineers, Technical Leads).

- Serving as an Project Manager, Asst Project Manager, Technical guide and a Leader with hands on knowledge

- Communicate cross-functionally, collaborate with Business teams, Product managers, engineers and QA to plan and own and deliver solutions on time.

- Expected to be capable of sitting down with engineers to constructively review designs and debug live production issues.

- Work with VP Development to define best practices for development and champion their adoption and at the same time.

- Experience and ability to bring in software engineering life cycle best practices.

- Software Delivery commitments to customers and flags issues appropriately (acts as an interface between Product and Tech).

- Risk plan and mitigation.

- Experience with Mean, Python, Java, PHP is must

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science /Software Engineering only from a Reputed College can apply.
