ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Delivery Manager will act as the focal point of contact between the Cyble Threat Intelligence Services and the clients.

The CTI Delivery Manager will be responsible for

- onboarding clients on Cyble Vision (Cyble's Threat Intelligence Platform)

- conducting product training sessions to help client cyber security teams become familiar with the Cyble Vision SaaS platform and service capabilities

- coordinating between Cyble Threat Research Lab teams and clients for day-to-day threat intelligence

operations

- providing actionable and time sensitive cyber threat intelligence to clients so assist them with incident response

- continuously assessing the attack surface of our clients to identify critical issues, evaluating their impact, and assisting clients with recommendations for risk remediation

- preparing and disseminating threat intelligence advisories, alerts, and reports to clients as per a defined cadence

- acting as a trusted threat intelligence advisor to clients to help them mature their cyber threat intelligence practices

- obtaining and seeking client feedback on the services and relaying improvement suggestions to the product and research teams for enhancing the product and services

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Technical Discipline (B. E, B. Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT))

5 to 7 years of experience in Cyber Security Consulting or Cyber Security Operations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Working knowledge of commercial or open-source Vulnerability Assessment and Application Security tools such as Accunetix, Burp Suite, Qualys/Nessus/Shodan etc.

- Experience in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting technical vulnerabilities, threats and incidents and assessing their impact

- Working knowledge or familiarity with cyber security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR technologies

- Familiarity or exposure to Commercial (Demisto, Cyware etc.) or Open Source (MISP, Virus Total) Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP) and their integration with cyber security tools

- Experience in cyber threat intelligence operations and working knowledge of platforms will be a huge plus

- Exposure/ experience to operational security processes such as Incident Coordination, Response, and Investigations will be an advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

CTIA (Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst)

CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
