Customer Success Manager - Cyber Security
- You are responsible for securing our customers' digital risk exposure through our Threat Intelligence services.
- With you, Cyble will also focus on delivering the best possible cybersecurity leadership to our clients.
- You will be part of the team that help guide our clients on their cybersecurity strategies, improve and promote threat intelligence best practices to develop and deliver the components of a good cybersecurity threat intelligence program.
Hard Skills :
- Strong customer interaction skills and technical foundation in IT, Networking or Cyber Security (bachelor's degree or Higher)
- 5-7 Years of client-facing working experience preferred (intermediate to senior level in cyber security)
- Extensive working experience in the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Field is preferred, candidates from the following affiliated fields are alternatively preferred: SOC, Penetration Testing or DFIR.
- Build a relationship with each client based on trust and integrity
- Be a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Lead new client onboarding activities
- Manage client contracts and ensure that all deliverables are completed
- Chair regular client meetings, collect action items, and follow up as needed
- Manage our client deliverables in our project tracking system
- Coordinate with internal resources
- Help refine deliverables so that they have a consistent style across clients
- Lead annual client service reviews
- Streamline our client management processes
Knowledge in at least one area :
- CTI Standards: TAXII, STIX, OpenIOC, SIGMA, SNORT, YARA, etc.
- Threat Modelling: MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, Diamond Model or Others
- Key Models: Traffic Light Protocol, Pyramid of Pain, Analysis of Competing Hypotheses (ACH)
- Darkweb Landscape: Popular Darkweb Marketplaces, Forums and Communication Channels
- General Threat Actors: Common TTP's among categories of threat actors like Script kiddies, Cyber Criminals, Insider Threats or Nation State attackers
- Regional Threat Actors: Common Threat Actors active in the region and their TTPs
Soft Skills :
- Language : High amount of English written, and communicative proficiency required
- Cyber Security Jargon : Understanding and ability to clearly make distinctions between Risk, Threats, Probabilities, Business Impact and Controls
- Critical Thinking : A scientific way of thinking that refers to evidence and facts as underpinnings across analytical conclusions and recommendations.
- Context Grasp : Ability to read a CMDB and understand the complete internal landscape
- Abstract Thinking : Ability to think on Operational, Tactical and ideally on Strategic analytical level with regards to writing a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) report
Reporting and Presentation Skills :
- Reporting: Ability to write reports or build presentations that are easy to understand and to post
- Audience: Ability to write reports or build presentations for C-level that focuses on Business Impact
- Concise: Ability to write reports or build presentations with focus on key action items that are relevant to the business
- Risk: Ability to translate cyber threat descriptions to clear and simple risk language
- Detailed: Build consistent quality reporting and presentations that are standardized visually for enhanced readability to customers
