Job description :

- The primary objective of this role is to drive reach to individual and B2B agencies and subsequently drive significant revenue also establishing CyberMedias Programmatic products offering in agencies solution portfolios.

- This position will be responsible for Advertising revenues. Focus on account development for the growth of Ad Sales. Deliver sales presentations to advertisers and their respective ad agencies. Present the Cybermedias Programmatic Offerings directly to Clients.

- Meet with budgetary goals set by department heads and sell conceptually.

Core responsibilities :

- Candidates will need to identify, develop, pitch and execute new sales initiatives and also manage the existing business with the agencies. Should have experience in handling key accounts.

- The candidate is expected to be well connected with small and independent media agencies

- Ability to independently implement the sales plan

- Ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point in time

- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for ad sales

- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with agencies, and maintain a threshold of reaching to decided set of agencies

- Mapping each key agency and maintaining relationship at all levels

- Develop new business and grow existing business at client level with a focus on profitability

- Outreach to multiple Clients to understand their requirement and how CyberMedias Solution can help them achieve best ROI.

- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with direct accounts and clients.

- Cultivate a strong understanding of the direct response category and competitive landscape.

Specifications :

- Experience minimum 4 years

- Experienced in Selling Programmatic, Display Native Advertising

- Existing contacts with all the ad agencies

- Existing contacts with direct corporate clients

- Strong understanding of Client and market dynamics and requirements

- Self-motivated with a zeal to perform. Proven leadership qualities with an ability to drive sales will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic market environment

- Experience as Key Account Manager having Sales & Business Development

Requirements :

- 2 to 5 years of Sales experience, preferably in Ad Sales, Concept Selling, Brand Content Sales

- Strong computer knowledge (Ppt,Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

- High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize

- Great verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a deadline driven environment

- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills

- Detail oriented and team player

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies

- Previous related experience a plus
