Role : Cyber Transformation Services Manager  Experience : 10+ years  Responsibilities :  - Perform business development, pre-sales engagement and sales enablement activities for Cyber Transformation solutions   - Assist with solution marketing, practice development and pipeline buildup activities.   - Operate as a self-starter with limited management guidance / handholding for managing business lifecycle   - Keep abreast with latest developments in Cyber Security landscape & changes in OEM solutions of point solutions from startups.   - Maintain a robust technical viewpoint for point-solutions & their applicability across customer scenarios   - Map Business use cases for Cyber security solutions like DLP, CASB, PIM, IDAM etc.  - Work with OEMs, deployment partners and other Service line colleagues to develop and maintain - customer facing solutions-   - Manage active engagements from quality of service delivery and absolute compliance to Risk Processes.   To qualify, candidates must have :   - A bachelor's degree in engineering and related work experience; or a master's or MBA degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline   - Experience of working in customer facing Cyber Transformation engagements (DLP, IDAM, PIM, NAC, NGF etc. solutions) from pre-sales / business-development / delivery governance life stages  - Strong project management and engagement management skills   - Advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills  - Excellent leadership, teamwork and client engagement, relationship management skills  - CISM, CISA, CISSP certifications are a plus.  Interested folks can apply on IIM jobs, or get in touch 9619415230.
