CXO/Head - Marketing - Real Estate - IIT/IIM/XLRI

CXO Level - Head Marketing position / IIT, IIM, XLRI,

One of our leading client to be based out of Mumbai which is a Real Estate company is looking for a CXO - Head Marketing candidate for their firm.

- MBA/Engineering from top institutes (IIT, IIM, XLRI etc.)

- Should have worked on the walk ins generations, campaigns etc.

- Should have been responsible for INR 200 Cr+ revenue targets on a y-o-y basis

- Reporting to Chairman/CEO/ Managing Director/Senior Director. Looking for a strong Marketing professional who can head the Department of Marketing of the company where there are already AM, DM, Manager Marketing is working.

- The person can be from any industry holding a rich profile in Marketing. Carrying out a competitor analysis to ensure the company's marketing strategy is competing effectively.

- Reporting on all marketing activities to the Director of Marketing. Working closely with other heads of departments on company projects.

- Problem solve, this will be a big part of the job, so the ability to think on your feet is a must.

- As the Head of Marketing, they will support the Director with their duties and also work within the management team to maintain the collective work to a good standard.

- The person should have exp in marketing, young energectic, someone who can implement new strategies and new ideas for the projects. MBA from reputed inst IIM OR XLRI(II Tier). The person can be from any industry. 

- Marketing activities which will be followed by marketing, sales, ATL-BTL, social media, PR, Digital activities, promotions,campaigns etc. 

- Leadership skills and should have handled a business size of min 200Cr.

- The incumbent has to be young, energetic and with new ideas and strategies. Outstation candidate may apply who is willing to relocate to Mumbai.
