CXO - D2C Startup (7-20 yrs)
An early-stage tech startup by VC professionals in D2C sector with a business model to partner with micro D2C startups of under Rs 3 Cr annual revenue is scaling up its operations. Based on her/his potential, the team can also consider an equity role for this professional. This business is in early-stage & the person can build own team as business grows.
They are looking to recruit erstwhile founders from D2C space to lead B2B relationship management with industry stakeholders and oversee the operational execution by the sourcing and fulfilment team. This is a very hands-on job.
Key expectations :
- The person must be entrepreneurial & disruptive. People who would like to rest on weekends for next 3 months will not suit this role.
- As a person, s/he must be mature & easy to work with.
- Must have work experience in high-level business development with lean-to-no team in new economy D2C verticals.
- Shall be at a point where s/he can necessarily invest time into making things happen.
- This will not suit people seeking corporate culture, high expense support or with quick windfall expectations.
