Team Lead - Strategic Projects

What You Will Be Doing :

- Designing and executing on multiple facets of projects, including process re-designs, marketing system implementations, stakeholder communications, and training.

- Planning, executing, and managing large project plans for multiple initiatives.

- Leading regular leadership steering committee & decision meetings with key executives.

- Identifying and resolve project risks & issues.

- Managing relationships with marketing vendors.

- Introducing industry best practices to marketing.

What You Need for This Position :

- 3+ years of professional experience; strongly prefer candidates with project management experience

- MBA, preferably in a Business (Sales/ Marketing) or Technology discipline

- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing applications

- Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, critical, and strategic thinking skills; comfortable with ambiguity

- Experience with BPR (business process Redesign) - AS-IS, TO-BR study, Gap analysis.

- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and project management. Ability to drive a project E2E using PM tools like MPP, Smartsheets etc.

- Demonstrated ability to identify, create or modify business processes that enhance performance of organization

- Effective communication (i.e., written, verbal and presentation) and experience delivering executive presentations (we will ask candidates to share examples)

- Data-oriented; uses data to evaluate options and make business decisions; familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools a plus (we will ask candidates to look at data and interpret it for us)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products; advanced knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel is a key differentiator
