Team Lead/Associate Team Lead - HR Business Partner

- With all of the exciting things to come for Cvent this year, we are looking for individuals who are driven highly motivated and entrepreneurial to join our team as soon as possible.

- We are seeking to identify a high-quality Human Resources Business Partner to be a part of Cvent Indias Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, starting from on boarding, HRIS, managing employee relations, compensation and benefits planning, performance management, employee grievance handling and strategic projects

Work Hours : 9.5 hours (East Coast Shift )

Position Duties :

- Partner with business to implement the HR framework with people-centric mindset

- Hands-on HR generalist with a strong focus on employee connects and developing engagement strategies along with business managers (key aspects include retention, re-training and improve workforce morale)

- Managing the life cycle of employees with a special focus towards identifying, grooming and retaining of the key talent among the workforce

- Ensure the performance management processes are deployed in line with the company's core values

- Benchmark and ideate newer ways of talent management programs

- Guide and coach line managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, etc

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Exposure to talent analytics - ability to create reports and analyze employee metrics

- Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change

- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Design and implement smooth on-boarding for new joiners and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring

- Understand and implement 9-Box performance framework and succession planning

Candidate Requirements :

- MBA in HR (preferred)

- 4-7 years of experience in HR domain or similar to HRBP role.

- Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, self-initiative, and understanding of complex business matrix structures

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management

- Relationship Building

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve resume
