Cvent - Senior Role - Direct Sales - Enterprise Segment (10-18 yrs)

- We are looking for charismatic leader who lead our sales team to next level of growth challenges. Sales Head will be responsible for defining, executing and owning the strategy required to deliver revenue goals for the Enterprise Business in India.


- The role requires you to work with company management to set strategic objectives and maintain our growth and market share among advertisers by driving new account acquisition, activation, account management and sales strategy.

- We are looking with individuals who are experienced in consultative sales ready to work hand-inhand with their teams helping them achieve ambitious targets and partner with our clients to meet their marketing goals via Digital as channel.


- Individual must possess Excellent Communication Skills with proven ability to train and motivate team with background in analytical approach in business development.

Key Deliverables:

- Define go-to-market sales strategy for our Performance Network products

- Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and guidance to members of the India Enterprise Sales team. Identify and groom future sales leaders of the organization.

- Establish key relationships cross-functionally and with sales management, product management and product marketing to identify and attack large complex opportunities.

- Establish key relationships with multi market teams to help drive complex sales and to accelerate and scale the sales and deployment of larger solution sales opportunities.

- Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets for the region. Personally responsible for team building actions.

- Be the face of the organization i.e. execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the brand.

Education:

- MBA preferred

Profile:

- 10+ years of overall working experience and 6+ years in Digital Media

- In his tenure must have shown close to 100 percent growth year on year

- Should have handled a team of Sr. Manager- s, RM's.

- Excellent verbal + written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions

- Ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task effectively
