The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, starting from on boarding, HRIS, managing employee relations, compensation and benefits planning, performance management, employee grievance handling, Strategic projects.   Key Responsibilities :  - Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and the people implications  - Establish Business Partnership to create people plans to support their big goals and objectives  - Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and the people implications  - Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential  - Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.  - Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs  - Proactively communicates needs with HR department and business management and seeks to provide Integrated solutions  - Establish (with the business) key metrics to evaluate success of the people strategy  - Adjust HR strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs Communication  Retention and Engagement :  - Help Business leaders understand the organizational climate; actively seek to improve the culture and performance levels in Cvent  - Work with the centers of expertise and the business to implement performance management systems and practices  Skills :   - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative  - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation  - Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management  Relationship Building :  Experience  - 8 to 10 years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR Business Partnering, generalist environment with a rapidly growing company (IT Services/ Product Software Companies)  - Experience in working with senior business leaders & with partners in specialist HR functions  - Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders  - Relationship management capabilities
