HRBP (Shift timings - 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM)
What you will be doing :
- Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the HR policies, procedures, practices and decisions
- Employee relations - Resolve attitudinal, behavioral or disciplinary, ethical issues with respect to employees
- Talent Management
- On boarding - 5 Day connect, handling BGV cases, coordinate NCX (functional)
- Managing Performance Improvement Plan
- Exit Management which would include exit interviews, contract implementation (if any) and perform analysis of the same to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them
- Talent Engagement
- Conduct quarterly pulse connects
- Partner with Business POC's for fun@work (be part of the fun@work committee)
- Support aligned HRBP
- Annual and Pulse Survey analysis followed by engagement action planning
- Dashboarding & MIS
- Special Projects
- HR Operations (e.g. workday administration)
Desired Skills & Experience :- MBA in HR (preferred)
- Strong Business acumen including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills; high quality document & report preparation
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
