Overview:

Cvent Marketing's Global Demand Center (GDC) team is seeking a modern and experienced marketer with strong background in demand generation, project management and marketing operations to join their growing team. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, designing and implementing process improvements. This role will ensure the successful management and execution of marketing projects that drive growth and capability at scale.

- In this role, you will work together with our global marketing teams in a high-volume and high-speed environment to align and translate business requirements, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively communicate across the entire project lifecycle.

- As part of the Global Demand Center team you will have exposure to all sides of the business, becoming an expert on our marketing tech stack and marketing& Sales processes. You will also have significant involvement in enhancing capability and driving goals through martech selection, integration and adoption.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Own, manage and drive marketing projects through planning, requirement gathering and implementation leveraging our project management system.

- Lead and coordinate necessary decisions across all cross- functional teams preparing for project go-live. The scope of this work includes gaining alignment with marketing team/management on expected impacts, implementation strategy, and associated execution.

- Develop project plans that document who, how, and by when critical activities will be completed.

- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, GDC and other departments to execute common deliverables and gather or provide input to these other groups, align systems and processes to support prospect and customer communications plan across the entire lifecycle

- Share best practices, process improvements, and new technology functionality from within the GDC and shared services team with the Global marketing team and ensure these are adopted and implemented into their plans.

- Work with our analytics group to track, analyze and optimize the impact of systems and processes in support of marketing goals by aligning data and technology with growth/ROI drivers

- Ensure campaigns are instrumented with appropriate inbound, outbound, and reporting tools, with the opportunity to evaluate the current technology mix for long-term support of our customer experience

- Develop or modify documentation, reporting, and other elements that require updating

What You Need for this Position:

- Minimum 5-7 years of total marketing experience in B2B technology marketing, inbound and outbound digital marketing, demand generation, communications or public relations.

- Demonstrated complex project management experience, the ability to establish, communicate, and adhere to timelines, and to work with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.

- Experience working on project management and reporting tools such as Clarizen, Jira, Wrike, Asana, Excel, Visio etc.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines to drive value add to programs and process

- Strong problem solving, global communication, and operational expertise

- Must possess working knowledge of Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM, Database, and other Marketing Technologies.

- Six Sigma or related training and experience a plus

- Education: BA/BS required in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
