What You will do Everyday :

- Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve call quality or account-related issues for customers.

- Work with our Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to identify and drive improvements in our existing products.

- Contribute to developing training content such as knowledge base articles, processes, etc.

Your Superpowers :

- 1 to 4 years of experience in a client-facing, semi-technical role.

- Experience working in a team, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders like the product, sales, customer success, etc.

- Obsessed with customer support and delighting the customers.

- Training and mentoring team members.

- Creating and Enhancing training material.

- Business data analysis and good skills in tools such as MS Excel and Google sheets.
