Student Showcase - Create community success reports a bi-annual report showcasing career success and advancement of our student & alumni body - Create student handbook showcasing our active students and their achievements - If required - Coordinate with marketing team to highlight student and alumni success stories in blog, social media and news outlets Career services - Implement initiatives to support alumni in their career goals and enhance their professional stature - Develop relationships with alumni, and encourage them to post their requirements with us. - To coordinate and schedule the interview processes for the shortlisted candidates, and to be a point of contact for any queries.. - To screen the applications and share the relevant profiles with the recruiters and follow up to close the loop within the timeline. - Additionally you will also be responsible for other projects aligning with our strategic objectives all within the purview of maintaining an engaged student and alumni body. Requirements - - Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in any customer facing role - MBA with specialization in HR preferred (but not mandatory if you have relevant experience) - Good to have experience in technical recruitment.
