Customer Success Manager - Technical Recruitment - eLearning/EdTech (3-4 yrs)
Our Clients are reputed leaders and well-known names in e-Learning/EdTech space across India in higher education providing cutting edge online programs like AI ML, BA-BI, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, Data Science, etc.
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven professional to join our team
Alumni Engagement :
- Map alumni network and create customized communication templates by category
- To Curate the list of alumni who are willing and able to contribute to our programs as faculty, mentors, evaluators, guest speakers, advisors, and create a reference sheet for community managers.
- Create community success reports a bi-annual report showcasing career success and advancement of our student & alumni body
- Create student handbook showcasing our active students and their achievements
- If required - Coordinate with marketing team to highlight student and alumni success stories in blog, social media and news outlets
- Implement initiatives to support alumni in their career goals and enhance their professional stature
- Develop relationships with alumni, and encourage them to post their requirements with us.
- To coordinate and schedule the interview processes for the shortlisted candidates, and to be a point of contact for any queries..
- To screen the applications and share the relevant profiles with the recruiters and follow up to close the loop within the timeline.
- Additionally you will also be responsible for other projects aligning with our strategic objectives all within the purview of maintaining an engaged student and alumni body.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in any customer facing role
- MBA with specialization in HR preferred (but not mandatory if you have relevant experience)
- Good to have experience in technical recruitment.
