Opportunity to work with Sprinklr as Customer success manager

Sprinklr's Customer Success Manager embodies the spirit of customer-first and is the primary owner at Sprinklr accountable for ensuring that Sprinklr customers are achieving their positive business outcomes, adopting Sprinklr platform for their businesses and using Sprinklr's latest and greatest product capabilities to realize value.

What You Will Do:

- Empower Sprinklr enterprise customers to improve their customers digital experiences and achieve business objectives through the adoption of Sprinklr

- Leverage knowledge of the Sprinklr platform and industry best practices to craft and present strategic solutions that ensure clients achieve their goals through product utilization and be their trusted advisor on digital transformation

- Develop customer champions by applying right mix of advisory and hands on expertise of the platform

- Serve as the internal voice of the customer and advocate for your clients needs (services, support, product management, executive alignment)

- Identify opportunities for customer references and case studies

- Increase renewal rates, drive adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and cultivate Sprinklr advocates to generate new business

- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in Gainsight - including renewal and expansion commitments - to ensure exceptional, predictable results

- Calculate risk forecasts based on product adoption; close renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client accounts in partnership with relevant Sales Account Executives - while achieving targeted renewal rate

- Deliver a significant individual contribution while collaborating with and strengthening teammates

What We Are Looking for:

Sprinklr's Customer Success Manager is a professional who is a perfect blend of customer engagement skills, product acumen and program management skills to manage complex value realization projects.

- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, product management or a strategic consulting organization

- Deep product management or product evangelization experience with an aptitude to learn new products

- Prior knowledge of (or willingness to learn) marketing and advertising technology

- Comfort with preparing and delivering formal executive business reviews (EBR) to senior-level executives, with a focus on value realization, project-specific milestones and customer health

- Experience using customer success software (ideally Gainsight), CRM software (ideally Salesforce), and Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

- Bachelor's or Master's (preferred) degree from a top college or university (IIT/ IIM/ LBS/ INSEAD/ etc)

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- Naturally curious, with excellent critical-thinking skills

Shifts - Bangalore: Night shift (7 pm - 4 am) only.

Mumbai: general day shift.

Perks - Door to door cab facility

- Food will be provided.

- 5 days working

Notice period - 30 days only.

Education - B-tech(CSE) from tier one colleges only, B-tech with MBA from tier one college will be considered.

Relocation perks - Accommodation for 1 week will be provided 

- Travel expenses

- Cost to Relocate.

Location - Bangalore and Mumbai

Role pointers.

- Customer mangers will be closely working for North/South American region.

- They will be reporting to Associate Director.

- Technical person is must.

- Presales tech skill required.

- Product management is must.

- Program management required.

- Excellent communication is must.

- Customer engagement skills.

- SAAS with engagement skills will be good .
