Customer Success Manager - IT Domain

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and advising Platform clients on the platform strategy, product and aid the client in its technology and product uptake / appreciation.

- The ideal candidate should have the proclivity to detect overlapping functions and interdepartmental dependencies and provide both tactical and strategic thinking

Responsibilities:

- Understand the critical goals and initiatives of the Platform Team

- Anticipate stake holder challenges, identify root causes, and be proactive about preventing issues (Engage customers through Product value meetings)

- Understand the stake holder needs, influence the client roadmap and build mutual value

- Engage in the creation of a product vision and road map

- Drive user centered design process

- Leads project during the analysis process, interacting to elicit and document project requirements

- Produces project artifacts around business requirements documents, use cases, issue logs, test cases and other -documents as needed.

- Understand country specific regulations/ nuances and impact to design / product features

- Continually stay informed with the latest Technology trends

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum of 5 years' Business Analysis / customer success or equivalent experience

- Engineer by qualification.

- Experience with design reviews, requirement validation, documentation

- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

- Proficient with technology trends and hands on experience with programing.
