What will you work on ?

You will work for a B2B company - several large corporations across India invest in our services as a benefit for their employees. Our customer success team is responsible to ensure the company and its employees use our services and find it impactful. This team is also responsible to ensure the company renews our contracts every year. This team will also focus on providing additional customized and standard services to the clients. You will need to independently own the following for 20+ accounts.

- Responsible for the entire relationship with the company in your set of accounts

- Provide continuous reports and overview of our services to the customer and ensure they have a great experience with our services

- Look for additional and new opportunities for these companies in the emotional and wellness space.

- Ensure the employees of the company use our services

- Ensuring that we provide quality service delivery, 100% renewals, 20% Value Added sales with customer. Invoicing, billing, collections to be managed with little to no supervision.

- Work with various departments and provide a high quality experience to the customer.

- You will own and drive 20+ accounts or work on critical organizational building projects.

Additional Information

Customer Success / Key Account Management experience in B2B companies, such as Health Tech, HR Tech, Ed-Tech, SaaS products, etc. is essential. Your English Communication should be 4/5

Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably from Management, Humanities)from a good institute.

Key Success Factors

- You need to know how to tell your story -communicate

- You need to have great skills in solutions, negotiations

- Need hands on and individuals willing to transform the organization.



- Willingness to travel within the city and outstation as required.



- Willingness to be available occasionally outside working hours if needed.

- Comfortable in working with MS office functionalities online and other collaboration tools.

- Good understanding of data analytics (excel).

- SaaS experience will be particularly more pertinent
