We are looking for suitable candidates for the following role: Role: Customer Success/ Engagement Manager Industry: Edutech/ E-Learning Functional Area: Customer Success and Engagement Location: Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai Experience: 5-15 years CTC Budget: 7-20 Lacs (-Depends on Current CTC, Experience, Last Salary Appraisal, etc) Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent/ Work from Office Working Hours: [09:00 AM to 06:00 PM] Saturday/ Sunday are off days Purpose of the Job The incumbent will be required to manage client relationships from the delivery and engagement side in alignment with the products and programs of the company Roles and Responsibilities The key activities involve (but are not limited to) - Developing positive customer experiences and fostering healthy working relationships by providing ongoing support to our clients and networking with them - Acting as a bridge between the Customer support and the sales team, often acting as a go-between with other departments within your company, such as the marketing team, content team, the product team - Providing support for transitioning prospects into active users, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order lasting process ownership with the business itself. - Engaging with multiple internal and external (both government and non-government) stakeholders such as State Governments, Educational Institutions, Aanganwaadi Centres, Parents, Educators, etc to enhance understanding of program milestones and deliverables - Building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team to close deals and identify upsell and renewals opportunities with their customers. - Defining programs and strategies to engage each segment & drive action spanning across onboarding & engagement through various consumer channels that grow our customer base. - Being a point of contact for customers who are looking to buy products and services, and the primary contact for customers throughout the lifespan of the account - Gathering feedback from customer and community groups, including through surveys and community audits, analyzing customer data to improve customer experience, and providing customer insights for the curriculum and product teams to invest in long-term opportunities to influence customer lifecycle - Staying on the constant lookout for growth hacks, new avenues for achieving growth through innovative efforts, projects Role Requirements: - Mandatory prior experience in the Customer Success and Engagement roles in at least one Edtech company throughout the career - At least 5+ years of experience mainly in the Customer Success and Engagement role - Prior experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders - Prior experience in working and collaborating with cross-functional teams Role Highlights: - Does not include Presales or sales, Purely Customer Success and Engagement role - Lean teamwork environment, more of an Individual Contributory role.
