Customer Success Manager AI/ML/ Analytics Customer Success Manager - Experience level 5-10 years - Pune/ Remote About the Client : - The Client is a Pure Play SaaS company delivering Digital Transformation in Energy Intensive and Asset Heavy industries - The company was established in 2015 and has invested over 100+ person years in building, world leading AI driven, Industrial IoT suite of applications. - Foresight suite of products make measurable difference to the operational and financial performance of the business. - Product Vision : Make an Asset Efficient, Monitor Health of the Asset, and Service the Asset Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline a must - MBA Degree (ideal but not a pre-requisite) - 5 to 10 years of total experience - AI\ML\Analytics Certification Knowledge : - Deep understanding of the Manufacturing sector (discrete\ process) and IT\OT applications landscape - Good understanding of application of AI\ML\Analytics to Optimize production, energy carbon, cost, quality, asset efficiency and performance - Familiar with concepts and technologies around Software as a Service (SaaS), big data, cloud, Industry 4.0, OT, IOT, IIOT and MES - Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) Role and Responsibilities : - Manage customer throughout pre-sales, on-boarding, blueprint, implementation, and project completion - Able to create Point of View based on the customer requirement and Product fitment - Able to position, build requirement documents, create Point of view by interacting with customers focusing on Sustainability Suite of software solutions - Architect and define customer success with customer specific requirements - Able to analysis large data set and look for optimization opportunities and application of AI\ML and predictive capabilities
