Customer Success Executive- Arabic |Denmark based Biotech MNC | 1 year renewable contract
Note :
- Speaking and reading in Arabic is mandatory, any graduation, B2B/technical sales experience mandatory, the above position is contractual for 1 year (extension/conversion basis evaluation period performance).
- We are seeking to hire an experienced professional to work as a Customer success Executive who will be a key member supporting the Inside Sales team to sell Enzymatic/ Biological solutions for an esteemed client in Asia-Pacific.
- This is an opportunity for people with great sales acumen and basic technical understanding; someone who is interested in making programs a success leveraging their skills. This will be job on contract based at the client site.
Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of the lead management and lead conversion cycle for selling products/ services offered by the client
- Qualify and nurture the sales prospects and take them to a logical conclusion
- Meet revenue targets, conversion ratios and other KPIs assigned
- Deploy the right techniques/ tools to maximize client acquisition and sales conversion
- Understand the existing processes; standardise and improve wherever applicable
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders /mobilize the resources within organisation to seamlessly manage the demand, logistics, payments and related activities
- Develop and maintain close relationships with customers; manage customer complaints
- Proactively identify and drive new opportunities along with maintaining the health of sales pipeline
- Identify and collect data; analyze, model, and develop results to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate insights from customer interaction and close the feedback loop
- Produce deliverables and recommendations in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Submit reports on activities as required by the management
- Act as the voice of the customer and incorporate the customer feedback/ learnings into the existing process
Must have traits :
- A tleast 3 years of sales experience, preferably remote sales
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Proactive approach/ Good at deal closure: We are looking for hunters instead of farmers
- Lead ownership in their past sales projects: willingness to work like a Jr. Account Manager
- Language proficiency in English and Hindi
- Good analytical capabilities
- Experience of handling a large number of sales leads simultaneously and keeping them engaged
- Ability to meet tight deadlines using strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong process orientation and Metrics driven approach
- Experience of working on MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho etc.

- Domain knowledge/ sales exposure in related industries (Household care, Baking, Food & Nutrition, Dairy, Brewing are some of our key industries)
