Customer Success Analyst - Online/eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
One of the Start up is looking out for Customer Success Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Rigorously manage customer data using tools such as MS Excel, Databases, etc
- Define reporting / dashboard requirements
- Work closely with customer for Requirements: Database Support, Troubleshooting
- Managing customer support tickets with a short TAT (Turn Around Time)
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Planning & monitoring customer deliverables
- Prepare reporting / dashboard requirements
Requirements :
- 2 Years- experience in Excel and database.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve customer queries
- Proven customer service attitude
- Understand customer requirement
- Ability to identify major concerns and act on those concerns in an appropriate manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
