Profile : Customer Strategy - Sales, Marketing, BD

Experience : 10 + years

- Candidates from Tier 1 Institute will be considered only

- MBA from Tier 1 institute will be considered. (2 years MBA is compulsory)

- Candidates should have exposure in strategy solutions, Sales, BD, Marketing etc.

Industries preferred:

Resources, Products, Health & Public Services, Financial Services and Communication Media & Technology

1. Project Delivery:

Define project scope and deliverable,

Manage delivery and project economics

Manage project risk

Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions with the client team.

2. Business Development:

Identify and work on business development opportunities

Lead or be part of client site visits and presentations

Lead or support the preparation of proposal documents

People Development: People development will be a key attribute of this profile.

Perform the role of coach for clients and help shape client needs/issues into opportunities

Perform the role of a career counselor/guide for team members

Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.

Participate in practice engagement initiatives

Domain Development:

Extending support to the development of marketing collateral
