Customer Strategy Manager - Mutual Fund Sales

The person will drive cross sell, up sell through various non-conventional channels like email, SMS, call center. This is a multifaceted profile and the profile holder would require

- Technical expertise : Channel specific digital developments

- Sales expertise : Design communication as per consumers behavior

- Direct Marketing expertise : Define segment, target & positioning

- Data expertise : Evaluate campaign outcomes & fine tune various elements of marketing mix

This is a business profile and carries sales targets. Two DMs in execution profile will report into this person.

Experience

The person should have mutual fund sales experience & an eagerness to learn marketing, analytics & digital development.

Knowledge / Skillset

- MF Sales experience

- High levels of emotional awareness self & others

- Good written & verbal skills English

- Analytical skills, And willing to deep dive into data through MS excel

- Strong Interpersonal skills. Ability to work with other departments / external vendors
