Our Client is a Global Multinational Company in FMCG Sector, and Mumbai is Head Office.

Client has presence in all over the world. Very Big, respected and reputed organization with a World Class Culture.

We have 2-3 Opportunities,

One is based Head Office Mumbai (National Level Role) and remaining are Regional Offices based Bangalore for South. Kolkata for East Region and Delhi/NCR for North Region.

Education - Tier 1 MBA B School

Tier 2 MBA B School (IMI, Amity and others etc)

Work Exp - 3 Yrs to 8 Yrs

Candidates from FMCG Companies can apply. Candidates with very strong background in Running & Executing Customer Engagement / Shopper Engagement Programs have experience are ideal match for this Opportunity. Event Handling, Activation Handling experience is a KEY to this Profile.

Main Purpose of Job Profile -

- Ability to understand the Retailer / Distributor / Trade Partners and key Brand opportunities in order to build strategic programs that deliver wins for Brands & Organization.

- Collaborate with the Function Head to Design, Create the Programs / Schemes for the development of key program creative as well as delivering successful launches & Execution of innovation. Responsible for ensuring alignment with Key Trade Partners.

- Establishes clear accountability for Trade Communication, Customer Engagement Programs, Co-develops key strategy decks including half yearly / annual joint business planning process.

- To ensure smooth and timely execution of trade communication programs, both tactical and strategic. Working closely with multiple stakeholders to drive stronger trade relationships.

- Ensure to contribute towards achievement of business target, profitability, and market share.

- Execute all customer engagement programs which are in line with business requirements are executed on time.

- Analyze results, to identify issues and opportunities in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer engagement / Shopper Engagement platform.

- Designing of Consumer / Shopper Activation.

- Focus on formulating end to end engagement activities, including the mid year / year long award program, quarterly felicitation functions and developing channels for communication between the parties

- Develop key customer partnerships and knowledge of strategies and marketing objectives.

- Develop strategic plans that drive category, brand and equity growth in support of the core strategies.

- Lead and collaborate with our lead Brand, Customer teams, agency partners and Business units to develop and execute relevant and differentiated shopper solutions that are insights led, include integrated activation plans and generate positive ROI.

- Collaborate with cross functional partners to measure and track programs and shopper solutions for optimized success.
