Email & Chat Support would be primary focus area.
Handle incoming service requests from customers promptly and thoroughly by:
- Gathering customer information
- Providing product and service information
- Resolving any customer issues
- Creating a customer connect
- Ensure delivery tokey metrics, quality, quantity and time,for team and self
- 3- 5 years work experience with the service industry in a customer- facing role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work in different shifts
Candidate should be preferably B.Tech + MBA from a reputed college
