Customer Service Manager - Supply Chain - Healthcare (5-10 yrs)
- Manage end to end Customer Service Order entry, Invoicing, Credit notes, debit notes
- Manage and monitor order demand and billing cycle
- End to end handling of CS Operation- By keeping track of all the CS activities and pushing for optimum output
- Manage Supply chain targets
- To Manage internal & external audits - Actively participate with all preparation in internal audits & implement the audit guidelines. Provide timely support in terms of documents, other information etc. as and when requested to coordinate smooth completion of external audits
- Communication and Influence: Communicates with senior internal and external customers and vendors.Exchange information of facts,statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decision-making.
Leadership and Talent Management: May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
- More than 5-8 years experience in distributor / customer relationship management, and in supply chain management, related to planning, demand management and/or replenishment or warehouse management
MBA in Operations management preferred.
