Customer Service Head - Stock Broking House (10-19 yrs)

We are hiring Customer Service Head for a well known Stock Broking House.
Location- Kanjurmarg - Mumbai
Exp- min 10 years
Duties-
- Experience of minimum 10 years in financial services .
- Should be able to visualize (have a vision /mission ) for customer service contact centre in terms of customer promises and deliverables
- Should be able to articulate and communicate well to the board of directors if required
- He should have handled contact centre and should be able to manage attrition and service levels to customers
- Should be able to liase with tech vendors for call center requirements
Should have experience of team handling.
