For a Leading NBFC+ FINTECH, looking for a Customer centric lead - for driving retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Research customer aspirations across different customer segments
2. Build CRM strategy to drive life time value of customer
3. Leverage Cashbacks, Notifications, Email , IVR , Outbound, social to optimize on efficiency and effectiveness
4. Build personalization on product communication, CRM communication and offer constructs experience
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
1. Min 6 yrs+ of work experience
2. Min 3 yrs of startup experience
3. Min 2 yrs experience in managing CRM or business analytics for a startup with >2 Mn MAU or >1 Mn transacting customers
4. Min 3 yrs of work experience into product role
