Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Define the strategy for various customers and drive the achievement of objectives.
- The role will be a people manager role - People in driving the goal of improving repeat customer performance on the platform.
- Day to day execution and management of Emailers, SMS, WebPush, App push and on-site user notifications
- Seamless and timely execution of campaigns
- Coordination with internal tech, design, marketing team to ensure campaign deliveries.
- Tracking, analyzing summarization of campaign deliverable and process monitoring.
- Publish periodic reports and prepare decks for reviews with Senior Management & Leadership
- Mentoring and guiding other members in the team
