Customer Resolution Role - NBFC (2-10 yrs)
Multiple Role - Customer Resolution - A leading NBFC
Role & Responsibilities :
- Connect with stakeholders like sales ,operations ,collections , legal etc. daily for accurate & timely resolution of customer complaints
- Review and approve resolutions for customer complaints submitted by stakeholders & functions
- Procure the required system & people access to resolve customer complaints in time bound manner
- Review & send final responses to team lead for review
- Set up and drive Framework to reduce customer complaints and resolution TAT by governance & monitoring
- End to End monitoring ,tracking & resolution of customer grievances at L1 ,L2, L3 & L4 level
- Publish daily ,weekly , monthly dashboards to team leads & stakeholders
- Connect with Internal Omnusbun on regular basis to take feedback & improve processes to avoid customer complaints
