This is Sanjna from Recruise India Consulting regarding a job opportunity with a client for the role of Customer Relationship Manager

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Scope / Objective:

- The role of Customer Relationship Manager reports into the Director of Business Development. The prospective candidate leads the overall development, planning and implementation of direct marketing programs designed to help support the company's sales efforts, ensuring superior planning and implementation of key direct marketing programs necessary to build the brand and business.

- This person provides leadership in developing and managing a system to ensure all customer information is retained and utilized towards helping grow sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leads overall planning and execution of key marketing programs, including: trade shows, collateral production / distribution, promotions, events, etc. Works with appropriate internal/external partners to deliver measurably superior events. Serves as primary liaison with conference organizers.

- Lead the development of the customer data management system which is constantly updated and provides good insight into our commercial activities..

- Leads the overall development and coordination of a lead generation program.

- Develops overall program metrics to help measure individual and collective marketing programs. This includes the development of a dashboard that can be shared with the business development function and senior management that tracks key purchase funnel metrics, individual conference / trade show performance, and specific promotion performance.

- Provides support to business development / sales as necessary.

Education / Experience/ Skills Requirement:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a customer relationship manager with a strong background using Microsoft Dynamic preferred.

- Has a proven ability to architect programs from scratch (e.g. lead management system) and can design direct marketing programs to drive sales efforts with little oversight. Can demonstrate proficiency, through past work, of being able to effectively create, implement, manage, and measure marketing programs.

- Is a thinker and doer. Is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where change is constant and the ability to step in and do what is necessary is required.

- Working knowledge of Marketing, Marketing/Brand Strategy, and Market Research Insights

- Experience working in a technology, services, and/or consulting environment preferred

- Strong interpersonal and judgment skills to influence internal and external teams; has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Has an inquisitive and competitive nature, thirsting to understand competitors, consumers, and our company to identify how we can "win"

- Ability to review and interpret information in order to perform duties

- Ability to use word processing, e-mail, graphic programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and spreadsheet software for desktop publishing, advanced internal and external communications, creation of reports
