
Customer Program Lead Data & AI Solutions

Company, a leader in leveraging big data and cloud computing to understand digital behavior, is seeking a strategic, confident, and highly organized Customer Program Lead to lead and deliver client-facing programs and projects.
This individual contributor role requires a strong background in program and project management, excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with both internal and external partners.
Youll work closely with clients, account teams, and technical experts to ensure project success - from kickoff to completion - while representing Syntasa with professionalism and clarity in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing programs end-to-end - from kickoff through delivery - ensuring outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
- Act as the primary program manager in client meetings, steering discussions toward clarity, alignment, and next steps.
- Manage stakeholder communications across multiple levels (executive, business, and technical) with clear, concise, and proactive updates.
- Confidently represent Syntasa in client presentations, reviews, and status updates
- Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Services/Engineering to coordinate resources, define priorities, and proactively manage risks.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation and oversee project governance and program reporting.
- Maintain high-quality delivery documentation, reports, and decks that clearly communicate progress and results.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, sharing best practices, and supporting the evolution of the PMO and delivery frameworks.
Required qualifications:
- Proven success in client-facing roles - facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and leading communications across international stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills - able to make complex concepts simple, visual, and actionable.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivery success, with or without direct reports.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and follow-through under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with project management frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall), including PMI methodologies, and the ability to adapt them to real-world delivery.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant project/program management experience ideally in a consulting, SaaS, or data/AI technology environment, with minimum 5 years of experience leading client projects.
- Bachelors degree required; PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience working across U.S. or Europe-based clients preferred, especially in the Public Sector market.
- Comfortable overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time and working remotely.
- Interest in learning technical concepts related to big data, AI/ML, and digital analytic
