Customer Marketing Content Lead/Manager - BFSI (5-8 yrs)
Here's how you will make an impact: Content Manager
- As a customer marketing Content lead you will be responsible for developing a top notch plan to develop engagement and business within our existing customers by driving the 3 key pillars of our customer marketing strategy : Advocacy, Growth (demand generation) & engagement
- You will closely work with our Field Marketing, Segment Marketing & Customer Marketing Managers in each region to ensure successful execution globally.
- Own the end to end process of identifying relevant themes/topics, content creation, creation and distribution to help drive thought-leadership and customer acquisition.
- Create content based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and review content for growth and engagement campaigns (newsletters, emails, banner ads, social media posts) run by the regional marketing managers.
- Interview internal and external subject matter experts effectively to build a diverse content pipeline.
- Create and review content including whitepapers, one-pagers, and other marketing collaterals relevant for customers, by working with the segment marketing team.
- Drive advocacy initiatives for the team by developing a healthy pipeline of customer case studies.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative's that are in line with the branding guidelines of Akounto
- Create guidelines for the tone, style and voice of all content developed for the team
- Working with the central teams you will plan, launch and execute compelling marketing campaigns and activities to drive pipeline growth.
- You will work closely with the product and segment marketing teams, to identify right campaign themes, and adapt them efficiently for them to work within our regional audiences.
- You will work closely with CSM in order to engage activities for preventing churn.
- By organizing regular focus groups and surveys, you will always be aware of our customers' needs and expectations, in order to better adapt our communication channels to be more efficient.
- You will be responsible for engaging the right communication channels in order to engage efficiently with different personas within our customers on a regular basis
- Working closely with the - central community team-, you will be responsible for igniting relevant personas within our customers to join our community platform and participate actively
- Work hand in hand with our - Central Advocacy team-, Customer Success Managers, Field Marketing and Segment marketing to support and launch customer advocacy activities: written case studies, videos and other formats in other to showcase inside and outside of Akounto how customers use our products to innovate around customer and employee engagement
- Organize engagement and advocacy programs in the region; continually recruit new customer advocates for both 3d party and external events.
You will thrive here if you have:
- Degree educated individual with a minimum of 5 to 8 years working experience in content related marketing & communications roles
- Deep understanding of development of compelling marketing plans and driving demand generation activities in B2B working with sales teams.
- Knowledge of traditional technologies: CRM (like Salesforce.com, MSDynamics and marketing automation tools like Marketo, Hubspot) Proficient at working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or Google Work).
- Experience in managing 3d party agencies w.r.t content creation, for example: forester, gartner, designers to create visually impactful marketing assets.
- Know-how in producing high-quality content (e.g. blog articles, reports, ebooks).
- Comfortable working in a matrix and global set up organization.
- Full proficiency in English is a must with exemplary communication skills.
- Complimentary - Experience in managing a team of 2-3 individuals
