RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing and providing end to end client Relationship to understand their needs and expectations

- Acting and operating as a Single Point of contact, Escalation and resolution handling

- Meeting the operational, functional and business objectives required by the contract and provide a profitable interaction.

- Bringing measurable business values for Client through process improvement or cost savings

- Ensuring timeliness and proper communications at every stage.

- Conducting regular feedbacks and coaching sessions for all associates

REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA/ PGDM

- Relevant experience in BPS/BPO setup

- Experience in handling clients from - Finance and Accounting- domain would be a plus

- Good communication skills (spoken & written)

- High on interpersonal skills

- Customer oriented
