Customer Leader - Finance & Accounts - BPO (15-25 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be required to ensure adherance to SLA standards as agreed with clients, update MIS dashboards, and adhere to Control & Compliance requirements.
- Should have ability to become an SME/mentor to train the team resolve queries and liaise daily with clients on F&A matters
- Should be able assimilate process within a relatively quicker time frame and provide strategic solutions
- Liaise with Domain Delivery Head and Capital Markets Head on strategic direction, profitability, automation etc.
- Alternate his/her time between 2 delivery sites in Bangalore
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication
- Executive presence
- 12-15 Years of F&A, Accounting, Reporting experience
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in leading large teams
- Quality savvy, Can Do attitude
- Accounting degree is a must. Higher degree in accounting, management is preferred.
