Customer/Guest Relations Manager - Real Estate (4-7 yrs)
We are scouting for a Guest Relation Manager to work with a leading Real Estate company based in Gurugram
The role of the lady would be :
1. Coordinates day-to-day tours, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of theguests on a daily basis.
2. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
3. Supports handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
4. Assists with energy conservation efforts by monitoring compliance during property tours.
5. Sets a positive example for guest relations.
6. Helps employees to provide excellent customer service.
7. Assists in coaching and providing feedback to associates.
8. Maintains high visibility in public areas during peak times.
10. Provides immediate assistance to guests as requested.
