Job description:
1. Bachelor s or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of proven experience in customer experience management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric mindset and ability to empathise with diverse customer needs.
4. Proven track record of managing customer service teams and driving improvements in customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in tracking and optimising customer service performance metrics.
6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and align customer experience strategies with overall company objectives.
7. Familiarity with the skincare industry and trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
8. Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM, helpdesk platforms) is a plus
