Customer Engagement & Retention

We are looking for a driven Customer Retention & Lifecycle Manager to join our exciting, fast-growing D2C e-commerce store.

- You will be responsible for all activities related to engaging & retaining a customer to improve their lifetime value and overall experience with our brand.

- You will need both exceptional analytic skills to push innovation and activation in the digital space, and a a flair for creativity to come up with extraordinary ideas.

- You will leverage data-driven analytics and processes to develop and implement strategies and techniques to grow our online business, retain loyal customers and connect the customer experience.

- As a manager in a fast-paced e-commerce, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker and problem-solver, and demonstrate a passion for growth and success.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize email marketing strategy including email (campaigns and funnels), SMS, WhatsApp and more. Segment audiences based on chosen characteristics and choose form and type of communication to provide an optimal experience to the customer

- Manage and optimize customer retention & experience programs like Loyalty and Referral

- Coordinate with copywriters and designers to implement and execute new projects

- Execute continuous A/B testing

- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets

- Continually optimize relevant metrics and identify room for growth and innovation

- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright, data protection, marketing laws)

Requirements:

- Ability to multi-task and follow deadlines

- Good organizational, self- and time-management skills
