Customer Engagement Lead - Internet/Online (8-10 yrs)
About the profile:-
Engagement Lead - The ideal candidate would have experience with customer engagement and retention and has ideally worked at gaming companies, entertainment and Chat & Social Apps.
The person should be comfortable in owning the metrics for DAUs/MAUs and should be able to come up with the right hooks to keep our customers engaged and prevent churn.
- Lead the development of our User segmentation, User journey and retention strategies using data-driven approaches.
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns that will increase DAUs, WAUs & MAUs across multiple channels, platforms and products
- Leads analysis on the customer lifecycle to identify different consumer cohorts and develop incentives to drive ARPU
- Design new functions and workflow to improve customer experience and drive growth of customer value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and drive growth
- 8+ years working in D2C User retention and engagement; Highly strategic and analytical; strong Excel skills required
- Hands-on experience with Marketing automation tools (Mo-engage, Clever tap),building and managing user journeys
- Successful track record of developing and executing campaigns utilizing audience segmentation and A/B testing
- Experience in the gaming, fin tech industry will be a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally with growth, creative, data and cx teams.
