Customer Acquisition Specialist - IT (5-7 yrs)
One of the start ups is looking for Customer Aquistion Specialist .
They are seeking passionate and highly motivated sales individuals with prior B2B Software selling (B2B) / SaaS sales experience. We are gunning for aggressive (10 15 x ) growth targets and we need self-driven & determined sales professionals to reach those goals
The Customer Acquisition Specialist will play a leading role in accelerating revenue growth
What the right candidate will do :
- Manage the Sales cycle end-to-end, from Lead Generation till Deal closure
- Actively generate pipeline for the company solutions; Own the Lead Generation process & qualify leads
- Identify & build relationships with key decision makers at clients (promoter families, CXO level stakeholders) to ensure high win rates & rapid conversion of deals
- Meet & Exceed sales & revenue goals from both Hunting (new clients) and Farming (new projects from existing clients)
- Work closely with internal teams to quickly learn and communicate FalconBricks value proposition clearly and effectively
- Represent the company at multiple industry events
- Play a key role in marketing and building awareness about FalconBricks value proposition amongst industry leaders
What the right candidate should have :
- 5-6+ years experience in B2B Sales & BD, preferably for software / IT products & solutions. SaaS Sales experience is a plus
- Experience of selling to real estate builders / construction companies is a plus
- Experience of presenting to & conducting conversations with senior / CXO / VP level executives at large companies
- Demonstrated ability of managing the end-to-end sales process and winning deals in a fast paced, challenging environment (preferably at a startup)
- A self-motivated individual who works with a sense of urgency and is excited at the prospect of taking a startup onto exponential growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
