Business Title: Custom Reporting/ RM Support Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Custom Reporting / RM Support Analyst should have experience with client reporting platforms such as Advent, as well as, creating ad hoc custom reports and supporting Relationship Manager Request’s for portfolio analysis. Candidate should possess reconciliation, performance analytics, quality assurance analysis, and strong data and analytical skills in calculating rates of return.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Individual will be responsible for ad hoc custom reporting and supporting Relationship Manager requests from the field

- Actively involved in enhancing the effectiveness of technology and workflows with respect to client reporting, performance measurement, and portfolio analytics

- Provide Operations management with metrics reporting and audit reports

- Work directly with the relationship managers and internal staff to provide subject matter expertise on client reporting and performance measurement.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to set priorities, and monitor own workload to meet aggressive deadliness

- Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for own work

- Knowledge of data reconciliation processes, and reference data administration

- Microsoft product proficiency required (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Polished interpersonal and written skills; an ability to present complex ideas and key messages effectively

- Experience with client facing applications (Client Reporting)

- Experience with Advent, Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Spotfire a plus

- Strong qualitative and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a dynamic, and fast paced team environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Positive attitude and a strong team player

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- 5 -7 years of related experience

- College graduate with a four year degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Internship or
experience in a financial institution is a plus. Must be computer literate and have excellent telephone and writing skills. Candidates considered for this position should have attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task. Person needs to be flexible, and able to meet deadlines.
