Job Description :
Requirement for a middle manager for C&W's Consulting Team in North India. The candidate would share P&L responsibility with the regional lead and is expected to proactively identify potential business opportunities, nurture business relationships, manage business execution (both direct execution and supervisory execution) and client relationships. The role shall involve significant front end client management towards ensuring efficient project delivery & supporting senior leadership in pitching for business through lead generation, assistance towards facilitating & conducting business meetings, creating proposal responses
Qualifications :
- MBA Finance/Masters in Economics/Real Estate & Urban Infra/Urban Planning or, equivalent/CA or, CFA
Skills and Knowledge :
- Self driven individual with exposure in Real Estate Consulting and Research - Market research studies, best and highest use studies, development feasibilities, demand-supply analysis, financial modeling & concepts, occupier studies (office/retail/industrial), government advisory
- Good with market surveys, report writing, financial modelling, client management, proposal writing, lead generation, business meetings
- Should have logical & analytical thought process for understanding client requirements, conceptualization of solutions & efficient delivery of consulting projects
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) is a must
- Ideally should have worked in North India / NCR Real Estate Markets across multiple real estate asset classes (Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial, Other Alternate Classes)
