Manager - Research
- Selecting and implementing the most appropriate research methodology and techniques for primary and secondary data collection from all possible sources
- Create, implement and continuously develop systems for recording and retrieving information on all real estate developments across asset classes ( including existing stock, under construction and planned supply), whilst ensuring quality control
- Track all real estate transactions
- Interpreting data, writing reports, and making appropriate recommendations with quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Track economic conditions, especially those having a direct/indirect bearing on the real estate sector, including Government policies and announcements
- Submit periodic reports, whitepapers and special reports as per departmental schedules
- Submit responses to internal and external queries (including media queries) and briefing notes on various relevant topics including government policies with accurate and valid information within the scheduled time
- Coordinate and communicate with the past, current and future client for all matters during the engagement relating to the execution of any assignment; undertake business development roles, if required
- Manage other team members and support the research department as a whole
- Undertake regional APAC research assignments, as and when required
