Business Sales & Development:
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
- Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance.
- Managing large client accounts and building relationships with key personnel, within customer accounts.
- Generating ideas for new revenue generation within large customers.
- Working closely with other business units to expand cross selling opportunities.
Operations Management:
- Strategizing on the operational excellence and implementing best practices, advanced knowledge, new ideas for efficient delivery & effective operations and talent development
- Managing employer's client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
- Managing a team of 50+ people
- Ensuring efficiency and profitability in all the ongoing/ existing projects
- Monitoring and managing the region's P&L
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience
- Real Estate relationships in the region will be preferred
- Should have experience in managing teams
- Prior business development experience
- Should have sound technical base (project management + construction management)
- Experience in managing P&L of a business
