ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Consulting.

He/she will be responsible for primarily project execution /delivery along with a support to business development

Major Responsibilities:

- Execution & client query handling responsibilities

- Market surveys, financial modeling /Discounted Cash Flows, preparing presentations.

- Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc.

- Handling client queries pertaining to projects & supporting senior leadership in pitching for business by preparing proposals and assisting in meetings etc.

Desired Skills:

- Good understanding of Financial Management, Marketing - Research, Strategic/Business Planning, Analytics

- Good communication skills

- Report writing - Feasibility report, market research report, demand estimations etc.

- Should have fair knowledge on usage of MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Should have a presentable personality

- Should have logical & analytical thought process for conceptualization & efficient delivery of consulting project

Should be able to track & understand the real estate
